West River Care Team

Judith Labossiere is the Chief Executive Officer of West River Care. She has more than 30 years of senior-level health care management experience, providing a variety of services to patients in their homes, including Home Health, Hospice, Palliative, and private-duty leadership.

Prior to joining West River Care, Ms. Labossiere spent 10 years working in ICU/CCU/ER. Fulfilling her passion, Judith moved into home based and community care. Her expertise has been in multisite, multiprogram agencies from start-ups to turn-around situations. Her breadth of experience results from leadership in nonprofit, for-profit, freestanding, hospital-based and equity owned companies.

Ms. Labossiere holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Michele Fuller is the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Clinical Operations for West River Care. She has more than 20 years of experience in Senior Management, overseeing clinical operations for Home Health and Hospice. Her experience in Community Health encompasses an array of services including, Certified Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care and Private Care.

Prior to entering Community Health, Michele spent 15 years working in the Acute Rehabilitation sector, assisting people to meet their goals, to achieve greater independence and to return home after a life-changing event. While there, she earned her Certification in Rehabilitative Nursing and moved into home-based care as a Nurse Case Manager followed by various management roles. Through the years, she has gained experience from a variety of situations, including start-ups, turn-arounds, and acquisitions and mergers. This has allowed her to develop a leadership style that promotes a team that can adapt to an ever-changing healthcare environment.

Alexandra is President of Wingate Living. She joined Wingate in 2017 and has since overseen seniors housing operations, new market acquisitions and development, and ancillary services, including Hospice and Home Care.

Alexandra has extensive experience in communications, media, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Wingate, Alexandra worked in media production at ABC News and the Huffington Post. Alex began her career at The White House and serves on the board of the Shorenstein Center at Harvard University. She is also a Board Member of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association (MASS-ALA). She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
