Kali Hart MSN, RN

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Kali Hart is the Executive Director of West River Home Health and Hospice, bringing extensive experience to her role. Her career in healthcare began as an EMT, and her passion for emergency medicine led her to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in community hospital Emergency Departments. Over the years, she advanced through roles as an RN case manager, Clinical Manager, and Territory Operations Director with other nationally recognized agencies. In 2019, Kali earned her master’s degree in nursing leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Outside of work, Kali is a dedicated mother to two children, both involved in travel sports. On weekends, she can often be found on the sidelines, cheering them on. Kali is also a passionate New England sports fan and enjoys exploring new restaurants in her spare time.

Alexandra Schuster

CHAIRMAN, WEST RIVER CARE BOARD

Alexandra is President of Wingate Living. She joined Wingate in 2017 and has since overseen seniors housing operations, new market acquisitions and development, and ancillary services, including Hospice and Home Care.

Alexandra has extensive experience in communications, media, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Wingate, Alexandra worked in media production at ABC News and the Huffington Post. Alex began her career at The White House and serves on the board of the Shorenstein Center at Harvard University. She is also a Board Member of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association (MASS-ALA). She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Melinda Guerrero

VP OF SALES AND MARKETING

Melinda Guerrero is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the senior living and home healthcare sectors. Starting in 2010, she worked in senior living communities, serving as Sales & Marketing Director for assisted living and memory care before transitioning to Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), where she advanced from Sales Executive to Regional Sales Manager. Melinda holds an MBA in Business and is passionate about improving the lives of seniors through compassionate care and strategic leadership. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to three boys and a foster mom, with a love for travel—particularly to Aruba—and spending time with her family. Melinda’s dedication to senior care and her nurturing spirit have shaped her impactful career and personal life.
