West River Care Team

Kali Hart is the Executive Director of West River Home Health and Hospice, bringing extensive experience to her role. Her career in healthcare began as an EMT, and her passion for emergency medicine led her to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in community hospital Emergency Departments. Over the years, she advanced through roles as an RN case manager, Clinical Manager, and Territory Operations Director with other nationally recognized agencies. In 2019, Kali earned her master’s degree in nursing leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Outside of work, Kali is a dedicated mother to two children, both involved in travel sports. On weekends, she can often be found on the sidelines, cheering them on. Kali is also a passionate New England sports fan and enjoys exploring new restaurants in her spare time.

Melissa Harper is the Director of Marketing, bringing more than 20 years of experience in long-term care and healthcare services. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Bridgewater State College and began her career as an Activities Assistant in a nursing home. After graduating, Melissa transitioned into a role as a Social Worker and later advanced to become the Director of Social Services. Over the past eight years, she has focused her work in the home healthcare field, building strong relationships and helping connect individuals and families with the care and support they need.

Outside of work, Melissa is the proud mother of boy/girl twins, who are truly her pride and joy. She enjoys spending time outdoors whenever she can, whether that means relaxing at the beach, kayaking, or hiking to discover new waterfalls.

Alexandra is President of Wingate Living. She joined Wingate in 2017 and has since overseen seniors housing operations, new market acquisitions and development, and ancillary services, including Hospice and Home Care.

Alexandra has extensive experience in communications, media, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Wingate, Alexandra worked in media production at ABC News and the Huffington Post. Alex began her career at The White House and serves on the board of the Shorenstein Center at Harvard University. She is also a Board Member of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association (MASS-ALA). She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
