What is Palliative Care?

Palliative care focuses on improving quality of life by managing symptoms while supporting patients’ independence. Regardless of age or illness stage, our goal is to provide comfort, dignity, and compassionate care at every step. Our team, including Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals, works together to deliver seamless care, ensuring that all aspects of your health are managed at home.
We focus on reducing hospital readmissions and enhancing overall physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being, allowing you to focus on what matters most, in the comfort of your home.

Everyone with Michael's care were exceptionally great! Could not be more happy with the care Michael received from all of the staff. Thank-you to all who made it easier transition for Michael as well as myself and family.

Helen's nurse Jaime' was amazing. She was so helpful and always responded or by sending supplies when asked. Kerry was also super helpful with Helen (showering) and checking in. She even raced over to the house to help me get Helen up after a fall. Helen had that much trust in her — and that says something.
We had Kelley also. They were so wonderful. Explained everything very clearly. I called Kelley with questions and if she didn't answer she got right back to me. She was the best. She was friendly, very very caring.
The nursing care was wonderful — kind, punctual, supportive, sweet, caring; loved them!
I could NOT HAVE ASKED for better Hospice care for my sister, Trish. I especially want to commend Jessie-Jean and Kelley. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for both Trish and our large family. We felt that they truly loved Trish and they always lightened our load with a smile or a funny remark. Their compassionate care made all the difference in suffering through the heartbreak of Dementia. We will never be able to thank them enough.
